Waste 석유 열분해 to Diesel oil machinery is mainly used for converting waste used oils to diesel fuel by oil distillation (Oil Pyrolysis)processing.
This machine can crack used engine/motor oil, all kinds of lubricant oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, mixed oils etc. from car repair shop, machinery, ship, water pump etc.
After Oil Pyrolysis, the main oil product is diesel oil, which can be applied as heating fuel to industrial or civil, and driven fuel to ships, trucks, heavy machinery, generators, cars and so on directly. the recovery rate is 85%-93%.

Gasoline is distilled out :

Water is distilled out:
When the oil temperature reaches to 100 ℃,water in the used oil begins to be distilled out, water vapor will be cooled by the condenser, then we can collect water liquid.
Diesel fuel is distilled out:
When the temperature reaches to 160 ℃, close the gasoline production line valve, switch to diesel production line.
As temperature of waste oil increases, the light diesel fuel contained in the waste oil will be distilled out .
When the oil temperature reaches to 260 ℃, the heavy components inside the used oil begin to be pyrolysised into light fraction (fuel) . it will go through efficient catalyst device to have deep circle catalysis. Cool it and filter it to get high quality final diesel fuel..
